CHALLENGE
Taking the right steps when there is an enforceable contract can often be difficult for small businesses, who don’t have the time or resources of larger businesses. Unfortunately, only when it is needed to take legal action to recover outstanding money, the problems with the contracting entity or the validity of the contract is identified.
RESULTS
We have created in less than 3 months a free downloadable app that contains a checklist for small businesses, when they are entering into contracts. Taking a moment to work through this checklist before signing a contract may prove to be very valuable for you in the long run. The app runs both on Android and iOS and provides through the form of REST services useful financial data in an appealing & user friendly UI.
