Paddy Power-Betfair Romania Development is Paddy Power – Betfair’s Software Development Center in Cluj.
THE CHALLENGE
Providing top-notch Java EE and Web developers.
Building 3 SCRUM teams of 8 individuals/team and having them operational in 2 months at the customer’s quarters within a budget lower than anyone else being able to provide for a similar experience and technology.
Allowing fast internalization of staff within a month when requested .
Working with established personnel leasing providers for the customer in a collaborative and constructive manner.
THE RESULTS
We are in the 5th year of our partnership and have provided 45 people to customer out of which 20 were internalized.
